Shipment

We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Croatia, Malte, Poland, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Romania, Sweden, Greece, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Estonia,Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Latvia.If your country is not listed, contact our customer service at shop@delicatelove.com.

As soon as your package has left the warehouse, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the tracking number.If you are registered in our system, you can check the status in your account.If you have not received a notification, please check your spam folder.Otherwise, contact our customer service at shop@delicatelove.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order or edit the shipping details, after you have received a confirmation email. It is not possible for us to combine orders, resize or add parts to an existing one, or cancel an order after it has been placed. For further assistance please contact our customer service at shop@delicatelove.com.

If an item in your order is not available, we will contact you within contact 24 to 48 hours regarding cancellation. The refund of money is made immediately.

We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days.Orders received by 1 p.m. are usually shipped the same day.All orders are from Monday - Friday, shipped within Germany with DHL.

Please send us immediately email shop@delicatelove.com with your order number.In the event of a damaged item, we need a picture of the product. Our customer service will make every effort to find a quick and satisfactory solution.

Additional fees such as customs and import sales tax are displayed in the ordering process.

Exchanges and returns

We grant a 21-day right of return, i.e. you have 21 days after receipt of your shipment for a return.

Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible. All returned items will be refunded once received at our warehouse. If you would like a different size or color of an item, we ask that you place a new order.

Pflegehinweise

Generell empfehlen wir die Reinigung per Handwäsche mit niedrigen Temperaturen.

Kleidungsstücke aus Wolle müssen nicht nach jedem Tragen gewaschen werden, einfaches Lüften reicht zu Auffrischen oft schon aus.

Wenn Sie dennoch waschen wollen, verwenden Sie bitte ein ökologisches Waschmittel für Wollkleidung, 

da chemische Waschmittel die Fasern beschädigen und die Lebensdauer verkürzen können.

Strickstücke bitte liegend trocknen lassen, hängend kann schnell die Form verloren gehen.  

Wir empfehlen Ihnen, alle Ihre Strickwaren flach im Schrank aufzubewahren, damit sie ihre Form behalten und Sie lange Freude an Ihren Stücken haben.
